Online booking and QR codes: let clients find a time themselves

One profile link and a QR code at the studio let a client choose a service and time without a messaging back-and-forth.

One route for every client

When bookings live only in messages, a professional repeatedly answers the same questions: what time is free, how long is the service, and where to find the address. The inDay widget shows available time and guides the client through service, date, time and contact details.

Place the link in an Instagram bio, Telegram profile or website. It opens without a client account.

A QR code for a door, mirror or card

The QR code opens the same booking widget. Print it near the workspace so a visitor can scan it and see the calendar straight away.

You can change a QR destination in the account without reprinting it. This is useful for a new service, schedule or a separate audience link.

The calendar removes routine, not conversation

After booking, a client can add the visit to Google Calendar or download an .ics file. The calendar event notes that its status does not update automatically after cancellation; the current status belongs in Telegram or with the professional.

That leaves more time for the actual work instead of finding an open slot in chat.

Try booking your way.
