inDay is an online service booking system for solo professionals and small studios. Clients choose a service and an available time through a link. You manage appointments in your account or through Telegram, without a complex CRM.
Sign in with Google, create your business and first widget. Add services, prices and durations, working days, hours, breaks and a timezone. Share the link in Instagram, Telegram or another channel. Clients do not need an inDay account to book.
Different widgets for the same provider share their occupied intervals. A 30-minute consultation occupies those 30 minutes, rather than an arbitrary hour. You can enable flexible duration: clients choose an available interval that fits working hours and does not overlap another appointment.
After connecting the bot, providers receive new appointment notifications and can confirm or cancel bookings. Clients follow their personal link after booking and press Start in the bot to receive updates and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before their visit. A phone number alone cannot enable Telegram messages.
Create a permanent QR link in your account, save a PNG or SVG, or print the code for your door, desk or reception. Reassign its destination to another widget or an external HTTPS page. The printed code stays the same.
Bookings can include a comment, and providers can save private notes about the visit. Client profiles keep contact details and ongoing preferences separate from requests for a specific appointment.
Add services with different durations, set a lunch break and put your booking link in Instagram. Clients choose a service and time; a booking notification arrives in Telegram. Request a phone number and comment in widget settings if you need them.
Add staff on a suitable plan and configure their schedules and widgets. Put a permanent QR code by the treatment room. When another provider uses the room, reassign the code to their widget.

Free includes 1 staff member, 1 widget, a 14-day booking window and up to 10 active bookings. Telegram is available on Free too. Plan changes are free during testing; we are not accepting payments. Planned monthly prices for Solo / Studio / Business are $10 / $30 / $50.
inDay currently sends notifications through Telegram. There is no automatic two-way Google Calendar sync: appointments can be added to a calendar manually. A phone number does not automatically connect a client to the bot.
