inDay · HERE FOR YOU

Privacy policy

How inDay handles information about business owners and their clients.

1. Booking information

Your professional or business chooses the contact fields needed for a booking and uses them to contact you about your visit. inDay helps store appointments, contacts and notes in the business account.

2. Information used by the service

Google sign-in uses an account identifier, name and email. Bookings use the selected date, time and service, plus name, phone, email or comment when requested by the business. Accounts may contain client contacts and professional notes. Avoid sensitive medical or unnecessary information in free-text comments.

3. Why information is needed

Information supports sign-in, business management, bookings, appointment communication, support and service security. Notifications use connected channels according to preferences. Marketing messages must not be enabled together with booking notifications.

4. Services that support inDay

inDay uses Cloudflare and Oracle Cloud to operate and protect the service. Google sign-in shares the information needed to create your account. Once Telegram is connected, appointment notifications are sent through Telegram. Support email is handled through Cloudflare and Gmail.

5. Retention and rights

To ask about your data, request correction or deletion, or disconnect notifications, contact [email protected]. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify account ownership.
