Telegram for bookings: what the professional gets and what the client sees
The bot is not a shared account: a professional manages their business, while a client sees only their own booking and its actions.
Two separate roles
Permissions are separated in the bot. A business owner or professional receives notices about their own widget and manages their own schedule. A visitor receives information only about their visit; other clients, bookings and settings remain unavailable.
Action buttons belong to one booking. They are not an admin link or a way to view another business’s data.
How a client enables notices
After booking, a client can choose “Connect Telegram” on the confirmation page and press Start in the bot. The bot then displays a card for that visit with the date, service and available actions.
If they voluntarily share a phone number, the bot can match future bookings to the same number. A number is never requested without explanation and consent.
Cancellation and a new time
The booking card provides cancellation. For a different time, the bot returns a secure link to the same widget where the client sees the current calendar.
Telegram is an additional channel. If a client has not pressed Start, the booking still exists in the professional’s account, but the bot is not allowed to message them first.
Try booking your way.
